Creating a magazine to look like popular real magazine(like Seventeen)
I decided to create a magazine about my boyfriend Ryan, because he means a lot to me and I love him so much! I couldn't really think of a name for the magazine, so I decided to just call it Spyke.The teasers said a lot about him, as in what sports he likes, his favorite teams(Kansas City Chiefs), favorite college (Mizzou) even some about me. I thought the colors were perfect, I tried to do the Chiefs colors, I realized that some of the colors on their weren't even the same, like there's a red that's darker than the others. oops! I also messed up, and I'm so not happy with myself, by not spelling Kansas right! Silly, me, I put "kamas". Overall I think I did pretty good, I can see where I messed up on some things, but I do think that it looks like a real magazine. This was one of my favorite projects!
